Drink ginger tea

If you often feel like drinking tea after eating, then take ginger tea instead of milk tea. The anti-inflammatory properties found in ginger help relax the digestive system. Due to this, you do not have problems like nausea, swelling gas etc. To make ginger tea, add ginger to water and boil it. Now turn off the gas and filter the tea. If you want, you can also mix a little honey in it.

Drink fennel water

Drinking fennel water as a post-meal can also be a good idea. Some compounds are found in fennel, which relaxes the muscles of the digestive system. In such a situation, you get relief from complaints like bloating and indigestion after eating. Not only this, fennel water stimulates digestive enzymes, which benefits the digestive system. For this, put water in a vessel and boil it. Now add one spoon of fennel in it and let it boil for two to three minutes. Now turn off the gas. You filter it and drink it.
