You must try Custard Cassata in this light winter. It is delicious as well as wonderful to eat.



  • 1/3 cup custard powder
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3 white braids cut along the edge
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp cashew nuts
  • pistachios and almonds chopped
  • 2 tbsp tutti-frutti



  • Soak bread in milk and mash it well.
  • Prepare a batter by mixing custard powder, sugar, and water.
  • Beat well in a nonstick pan on flame. become thick. Then take it out.
  • Now stir the milk bread mixture on the flame. If it becomes a little thick, take it out as well.
  • Mix the custard powder mixture with the bread mixture and churn so that it becomes homogeneous.
  • Cool, then put dry fruits and tutti fruits in an aluminum vessel in which ice cream is stored and keep it in the freezer.
  • Custard Cassata will be ready in 6-7 hours.
