Ingredients:

  • large and fresh dates 10
  • kisa fresh paneer 100 g
  • Cardamom Powder 1/4 tsp
  • Milk Powder. 1 tsp
  • Lisa mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup
  • honey 2 tbsp

Process

Mix milk and cardamom powder in the paneer well. Now take out the date seeds and stuff the paneer in them. Similarly, prepare all the dates. Now put cheese on them and bake them in the microwave at 200 degrees and serve the dates hot with honey.

 

-Cheese Pomegranate Toast

Ingredients:

  • Garlic Bread Slices 6
  • cheese cubes 2
  • fresh milk 1/4 cup
  • fresh green chutney 2 tbsp
  • Lisa paneer 2 tbsp
  • Chaat Masala 1/2 tsp
  • Butter 1 tsp
  • Pomegranate seeds 1/2 cup
  • finely chopped coriander 1 tsp
  • Process

Cut off the sides of the bread slices. Apply butter on a nonstick pan and bake the bread slices on low flame and make toast. Make a cheesy sauce by heating cheese and milk together and when it cools, mix green chutney well. Now put cheesy green chutney on the toast and add paneer and pomegranate seeds. Serve by adding chaat masala and green coriander on top.

Biscuit Sandwich

  • puff biscuit 8
  • boiled potatoes 2
  • Boiled chickpeas 1/4 cup
  • finely chopped onion 1
  • finely chopped coriander 1 tsp
  • Finely chopped green chili. 2
  • Chaat Masala 1/4 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1/4 tsp
  • Tomato Sauce for serving

Process

Cut the puff biscuits from the middle. In a bowl mix all the ingredients well except the tomato sauce. Prepare the sandwich by filling the prepared stuffing in the middle of puff biscuits and serving with tomato sauce.

Bruschetta

  • tomato slices 6
  • Basil chopped 1 tsp
  • olive oil 1 tsp
  • Chili Flax 1/4 tsp
  • Oregano 1/4 tsp
  • Black salt 1/4 tsp

Process

Cut the sides of the bread slices and toast them in the pan with olive oil. Now serve it by sprinkling tomato slices, chopped basil, chili flakes, oregano, and black salt on it.
