  • Chili Flax 1/4 tsp
  • oregano 1/4 tsp
  • tomato sauce 1 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp

After the frying onion, ginger, green chili, and garlic in hot oil add turmeric and all the chopped vegetables and stir well. When the vegetables become slightly soft, add corn, kidney beans, potatoes, salt, garam masala, and red chili and stir well. After frying for 2-3 minutes, add lemon juice and green coriander and turn off the gas. After cooling, divide the prepared mixture into four parts. Spread a roti on a wheel, keep the filling in the middle and fold it from all sides to make it like a ball keep it in the pan from the side of the folded part, in the same way, prepare all the balls. Apply butter well in the pan. Keep all four balls together and put butter in the middle so that they become crispy from the other side as well. Now apply tomato sauce on all the balls and grate cheese slices on all four, covering all the balls. Sprinkle oregano and cheese flakes, cover, and cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes or till the cheese melts serve hot snacks.
