Ingredients:

  • - 3 cups cooked rice
  • - 2 medium-sized onions chopped
  • – 12-15 French beans chopped
  • – 1 medium-sized carrot chopped
  • – 1/4 medium Cabbage chopped
  • - 2 steaks chopped green spring onion - 4 tbsp oil
  • - 3-4 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • - 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • - 1 tsp soy sauce

Process

  • Heat oil in a nonstick pan and fry the garlic in it for 1 minute.
  • Now add onions, french beans, carrots, green capsicum, cabbage, and half-green spring onion to it.
  • Now fry it for 2 minutes. Now add salt, pepper powder, and soy sauce to it and mix.
  • Now add boiled rice and salt as per taste in this mixture. to this material
  • Keep stirring continuously for 1 minute. After cooking, garnish it with the remaining green spring onion and serve it on a plate of kids.
