Come Today we are telling you how to make two such parathas which you can make very easily. Since their stuffing is very tasty, instead of making extra vegetables with them, you can serve them with pickles, chutney, curd, etc. So let's see how to make them-


-Soya Paratha

Ingredients (for dough)

Wheat flour 1 cup
salt 1/4 tsp
oil 1 tsp

Ingredients (for stuffing)

  • Soya granules 1 cup
  • finely chopped onion 1
  • Chopped green chilies 3
  • Chopped coriander 1 bunch
  • salt to taste
  • finely chopped garlic 6 cloves
  • Dry mango powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • enough oil for frying



Add salt and oil to the flour and knead it with the help of water and keep it covered for 20 minutes. Soak soya granules in warm water for half an hour and squeeze out the water with your hands. Now grind them coarsely in a mixer without water. Now heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and sauté onion, garlic, and green chilies. Add soya granules and all the spices and stir well. When it cools down, fill 1 tbsp of the mixture in the parantha. Apply oil on both sides and bake till it becomes golden. Serve with tomato sauce.
