You must have eaten a lot of golgappas in the market. But have you tried the new Golgappa recipe at home? Golgappa Pakodas is an easy recipe, which you can try for your family.

Ingredients: 

  • – 10-15 golgappas
  • Boiled 3-4 potatoes
  • – 1/4 cup boiled gram
  • - 1/4 cup thick curd
  • - 2 tbsp grated cheese
  • - 1 green chili
  • - 1 tsp cumin
  • - 1/4 cup finely chopped sev
  • - 1/4 cup rice flour
  • - 1 tbsp flour
  • - 1 pinch of turmeric
  • - a little green chutney
  • - oil for frying
  • Salt as per taste.

Process

  • Mash the potatoes. 
  • Mix gram, curd, cheese, cumin powder, salt, green chilies, and green chutney and mix well. 
  • Mix rice flour and refined flour and make a batter-like batter for pakodas. Mix salt and turmeric in it and beat it well.
  •  Break the Golgappas a little from the top and fill them with the potato gram mixture. 
  • Then dip them in rice flour solution and fry them after wrapping them finely sev on top.
