Foreign foods like pizza, burgers, and pasta are very dear to all children and adults today. Big companies like Domino's, and Pizza Hut are in the market which is known only for fast food. Since pasta, pizza, and burgers are made from white flour, it is advisable to eat them in limited quantities. Today we are telling you such a method of making pizza without flour, which you can easily make at home. Due to not using even a trace of flour, it is also very healthy. So let's see how it is made-

- rice 1 bowl
- Washed urad dal 1/4 bowl
- salt 1/4 tsp
- Cumin 1/4 tsp
- Chopped coriander 1 tsp
- Boiled corn 1 tsp
- Olives 1 tsp
- Chili flakes 1/4 tsp
- Oregano 1/4 tsp
- Kissa mozzarella cheese 1 cup
- Pizza Sauce 1 tsp
- Butter 1 tbsp
Soak dal and rice together overnight. Strain the water in the morning and grind it in a mixer. Cover it and keep it in the sun for 7-8 hours so that it ferments. If you are short of time, you can also use Eno fruit salt for fermentation. After fermentation, add 1 tsp salt to the ground mixture. Apply butter in a nonstick pan, take 1 tbsp of the prepared mixture, and spread it thickly in the pan. Cover and cook on low flame for about 5 minutes. When it turns golden, turn it over. Apply pizza sauce and spread half a cup of cheese evenly all over the uttapam. Spread corn, olives, chopped coriander, and remaining cheese well, and sprinkle chili flakes and oregano. Cover the pan. Cook on very low flame for 5 minutes. When the cheese melts, turn off the gas. Cut the prepared uttapam pizza with a pizza cutter and serve it with tomato sauce.
Note- You can also use flour roti, flour bread, and bhakri instead of dal and rice batter.
You can also use chopped capsicum, some carrots, chopped onion, and chopped tomato for topping.
Make pizza sauce by mixing one tsp tomato sauce and 1 tsp schezwan sauce and apply it to the topping.
