Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of puffed rice or mudi
  • 1 medium-sized boiled potato
  • finely chopped half a cucumber
  • 4 green chilies chopped
  • 2 tbsp mixed sprouts
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small tomato finely chopped
  • 2 tsp finely chopped ginger
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp raw peanuts
  • 4 tsp mustard oil

Process

  • Mix all the ingredients in a big utensil except mustard oil and salt.
  • Mix with the help of a fork and then add oil and salt to it.
  • Mix everything well once again. and serve it.
