Ingredients (for filling)

  • grated mozzarella cheese 1 cup
  • milk 3 tsp
  • garlic 4 cloves
  • melted butter 1 tsp
  • Chili Flax 1/4 tsp
  • oregano 1/4 tsp

Process

Activate the yeast by adding 1 tbsp of lukewarm water. Now add salt, butter, sugar, and activated yeast to the flour, knead a soft dough like roti with the help of water, wrap it with a cling film or cover it well and keep it in a warm place for 2 hours so that the dough becomes firm.

Now mix the cheese and milk well to prepare the filling. Microwave it for 3 minutes. Now spread the fermented dough by applying a little butter on your hands and mash it well and divide it into two parts. Roll out both balls with a rolling pin and keep them aside. Take care not to roll it thin. Now pierce both the rotis with a fork so that it does not swell while baking. Put one roti on the baking pan, pour the cheese mixture on top and keep the other roti on top and pack the edges well from all sides. Mix garlic, coriander, and chili powder in melted butter and coat it well with a brush over the top roti. Preheat the oven for 5 minutes and place the prepared bread pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. After 25 minutes take it out and cut and serve.
