You must have tried many recipes for Vada, but have you tried the recipe for Healthy and Tasty Spinach Oats Vada? You can easily make this healthy and tasty recipe for your family and friends during the festive season.

Ingredients: 

  • - 100 grams of soft leaves of spinach
  • – 3/4 cup oats
  • – 1/4 cup moong dal powder
  • – 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • – 1 tsp ginger and green chili paste
  • - 1/2 cup potatoes boiled and mashed
  • - chopped coriander leaves
  • – 1 tbsp curd, refined oil for deep frying, red chili powder, amchur powder, chaatmasala
  • - salt as per taste

Process

  • Roast the oats lightly on the Tawa and let them cool and grind them in a mixer.
  • Wash spinach leaves and chops them finely.
  • Then mix all the rest of the ingredients.
  • Take a little mixture equal to lemon and make it round.
  • Then flatten it a little with your hand and make a hole in the middle with your finger.
  • Fry the oats in hot oil on low flame till they turn golden brown. Serve with chutney or sauce.
